WHAT IS YOUR PEPPER SPRAY MADE OF?

LLC's Pepper Spray is made from food grade Chilli extract a solvent and pressurizing gas.

IS IT DANGEROUS?

The spray is not dangerous although very irritating. We have had of some reports of people having an allergic reaction to the OC.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Once we have established what product you require we will require a PURCHASE ORDER. on Receipt of it we will send you a proforma invoice.  On receipt of payment we will commence with the manufacturing of your order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE?

Generally it takes one to twenty-one working days depending on our schedule, size of the order and our supplier lead times. This could be impacted though with the current state of electricity supply having a knock-on effect with some of our component suppliers.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

You can order a single item.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We usually send products locally via a courier service however we prefer if you send your own courier once we notify you that your order is ready. The same applies for export orders. Courier charges will be added to your quote/invoice.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our products carry various warrantees. It depends on the product type and application. As we are a manufacturing workshop we will require you to send the system back and we will determine the cause of fault or damage and either repair the unit or replace it.

WHAT ARE THE GENERAL FAULTS OR PROBLEMS?

In most instances it is a lack of training and the inability to install the systems correctly as per our recommendations or due to lack of understanding the product. The biggest problem is the power issues we are facing currently which is negatively affecting the standby batteries. We are recommending that additional power supplies and batteries are installed as well to prolong standby times with better charging capabilities. Sometimes its abuse due to the system needing to operate outside of its parameters or settings or wrong settings for the application. We will determine this.
